Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Item Condition: Items must be unused and fully enclosed (including all labels and packaging). - Return Process
Contacting Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service department via email to indicate your return request and provide your order number and item information.
Return Authorization: Upon receipt of your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the return address.
Returning Items: Please ship the item(s) along with the RMA number to the address we specify. Shipping costs are your responsibility. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of processing. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
